Strengths
Martial arts/Evasion: Sakura is a shinobi. As such she is physically fit, has quick reflexes, and is stealthy when she needs to be. She's been trained in hand-to-hand since she was young and has since mastered it after her time with Tsunade. Sakura has no problems fighting, or killing, when she has to. She is also a master at evasion and reading attack patterns after only a short time. In her fight with Sasori, she could predict where the attack was going to come from after a short while. And even if someone DOES manage to land a hit, the grueling training she went through with Tsunade to become a more than capable fighter has made her resilient. She can take hits and still stand because of her willpower and toughness.
Intelligence: In the databook, Sakura has an intelligence marking her at four out of five, but even without numbers she's seen to be very logical and studious. It's mentioned before but Sakura was a star student during the Academy and she learns very quickly. When Tsunade took her on as a student, she was impressed with Sakura's ability to pick up medical ninjutsu so easily -- something she hadn't seen from anybody since Shizune, her other disciple.
She can think logically even when in a panic. When Sasuke was injured, she knew she needed to take him to Kakashi or someone that could help him. In her fight with Sasori, a member of Akatsuki, she knew to make sure he did not get a scratch on her with his poison and thought ahead to bring antidotes just in case he did. She has a habit of memorization and her hobbies are taking quizzes or doing trivia things. In her free time, especially after Sasuke left the village, she spends a lot of time researching. She found out a lot about Orochimaru in this way and about Zetsu during the war.
Observation: Perhaps this is born out of her intelligence, but Sakura is very observant. Most recently when a Zetsu clone was attacking the medical section of the shinobi alliance, she was the one to realize he was disguised as Neji and took him out. When she mentioned Tonton being out of commission because of being injured the clone responded with relief that at least it wasn't her hands that were injured. Sakura noticed immediately because Tonton is in fact a pig and piglets don't have hands. Later, she was the first one to realize that Zetsu was capable of mimicking chakra from other shinobi and he commented that she was very shrewd to have made that deduction.
Medical prowess: While her main choice is using her ninjutsu when treating injuries, Sakura is still able to create antidotes to poison and has extensive knowledge of herbs. She was trained by the best medic in the known ninja world so Sakura would know plenty about the human body and how it works and the steps needed/taken to make sure there is no lasting damage, alleviate the pain, and whatever else comes with first aid.
Guts/Fighting spirit: This sort of speaks for itself. Sakura is a fighter, not just physically but mentally too. She's not the type to give up in the middle of a fight and she's certainly not one to give up mentally either. She's seen her sorrow and grief of the world but she still plunders on and works to better herself. It's Sakura's ability to overcome fear and keep fighting that gives her the label of a 'fighting spirit'.
Weaknesses
Emotional: Sakura is INTENSELY emotional, to the point that sometimes it controls her actions. In matters that concern Sasuke, this is especially true. Sakura cries during emotionally trying times but she has done less of this as time goes on. She hides a lot of her pain behind her smile. Although everyone she knew had decided that Sasuke had to be stopped by any means necessary, and Sakura went through the motions to make sure she could do this on her own, she still failed to follow through when actually faced with stopping Sasuke because she still cared about him. Sometimes that emotional side of her can lead to horrible decisions.
A lot of Sakura's reactions are based on emotional taking precedence over logical.
Good intentions, Bad decisions: Or that's just Kishimoto's fault for plot. In any case, Sakura usually has good intentions but makes some pretty bad decisions. When Naruto was rampaging as a four-tailed beast and was unstoppable, she thought it was a good idea to run to him (while crying) and try to stop him. This has a lot to do with her emotional reaction to things that effect her on a personal level. She also makes the really bad decision to try and use Naruto's feelings against him, to get him to stop chasing after Sasuke. She used his feelings in an attempt to protect him but ends up failing to do so.
Horrible temper: She always had a bad temper since the beginning, but after her training with Tsunade it's gotten worse. Before, Sakura hid that temper (as long as you weren't Naruto) with an alter ego of herself called 'Inner Sakura.' Now, a lot of those inward reactions are outwardly displayed in the form of violence and a lot of shouting. Don't make her mad, and you won't have to experience it yourself. Berserk buttons include: saying she has a big forehead, being perverted, insulting/threatening people she cares about, and sometimes just being Uzumaki Naruto.
Fear of being useless: Sakura has gone through many lengths to make sure she is NOT useless when it comes for fighting to protect those that are close to her. She made it a point during one of her most important character developing points in the manga to say she was tired of being in the background and she wanted everyone to watch her back. She was tired of being protected. That isn't to say, she is still protected quite a few times by other people but Sakura can hold her own. Deep down though, she still hates being seen as just the weak girl she was before. Because she doesn't think she IS anymore. She's worked hard to be able to stand side by side with Sasuke or Naruto in terms of strength.
Fear of losing her ~nakama~: Probably Sakura's biggest fear is losing those she considers her friends. Sakura's main focus and motivation is being able to protect, to be able to fight. Her entire purpose during her training with Tsunade is so that Naruto won't have to fight by himself anymore and won't have to bring Sasuke back on his own. Even with Sasuke back(?) in the manga, Sakura worries about Naruto overworking himself to the point of being stupidly reckless. And though she won't remember this, she seems genuinely upset when Shikamaru is in a bad state and it doesn't look promising.

[Sakura is surrounded by a lot of books when she turns on the Gear and she looks tired, like she's been awake all night. By the looks of it, it's because she's been studying.]
Hello, everyone. My name is Haruno Sakura. I've just arrived.
[Said pretty calmly for someone that's been taken from the middle of a war and put into the middle of... this. She's had time to settle in enough that she's found a library or at least a lot of information to gather.]
I have a few questions about this place actually and was wondering if anyone can answer them. From what I've come to understand, this is a communication device. [She flips through some papers as she speaks, as if searching for something and gets progressively more frantic until she finds what she's looking for and pulls it out with a smile. Only... the rest of her papers scatter everywhere and she looks annoyed at the new mess. She makes an irritated sound and her hand flexes, making the paper she's holding crinkle.
Her already short temper is on a shorter fuse because she is still REALLY CONFUSED BY EVERYTHING HOW DID SHE GET HERE WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL HER NINJUTSU WHERE DID THIS POKEBALL COME FROM??
CLEARING HER THROAT]
I should ask the most important question first. [Alright, here it goes.] Is there any way to get back... to where I came from? I've learned plenty about these pokemon and what they're capable of, but I haven't seen anything about the method used to bring me here.
Second; I'm heading for the closest, um, Pokemon Center. That's a type of hospital, isn't it? There isn't one in the town I'm currently in and I need to stock up on supplies since I can't use--
[Suddenly, the pokeball she has set on the table on top of a book opens and OUT COMES HER POKEMON. A chikorita. The sudden appearance of the weird creature scares Sakura enough that she flails and tips backwards in her chair with a shout.]
GYAH!!
[And that's the last you hear because as she falls backwards, the 'Gear turns off.]

"There. That's better, isn't it? Don't walk on it for a while, alright?"
Sakura smiled down warmly at the injured Pokemon and it trilled a grateful sound at her as she finished up bandaging. At that moment, she couldn't help but think that this certainly wasn't anything Tsunade had prepared her for during any point of her life. It definitely wasn't anything she saw herself doing when she had practiced in front of her mentor or cat in a tent in the middle of a war. Sakura was trained to heal and handle people, not animals.
And not these Pokemon.
She couldn't say it was horrible though. Just... strange. The fighting here was different from the bloodshed and grief everyone went through in her world. She wondered about the lives of everyone else that arrived here. She wondered what would happen if/when she went home. Here it was about badges and training Pokemon to be strong, not yourself. Or in some cases, it was about breeding Pokemon. It was all kind of silly, in retrospect. Compared to her world though, something as easy-going as Pokemon battles was going to look peaceful. Of course, this world had its problems too. They weren't quite as serious as ones she was used to, but still problems.
Problems that affected her for however long she was going to be here. Until she found a way back to the war.
That was why she was here, in the Pokemon center, where she offered her help to gain a little money and to do what she does best. It was better than just sitting around doing nothing and waiting for the time she was sent back home. Suddenly, Sakura felt a calming sensation overcome her and she sent a look down to her Pokemon who looked up at her from her feet.
"I'm fine," she reassured and reached down to pet her Chikorita on the head. "I guess we can do a little training after I finish up here. What do you say?" The response was immediate and Sakura supposed it's positive with the enthusiasm behind it. If one thing's for sure, even for its size, her Pokemon definitely had a lot of spirit.
And that was something she can definitely respect in anybody.
And now in any Pokemon.
