So long as there's a story behind it, I don't see why not so long as it's not shiny and rare. I'm guessing you've read the Pokemon Special manga (if not, then ffff THE IDEA REMINDS ME OF Kris and how a Larvitar attacked one of hers and caused that sort of thing with one of her Pokemon).
