✧ Her etiquette/manners are impeccable. She learned them from her mother, Catelyn Stark, as well as her Septa (Mordane). Sansa takes particular pride in being well-mannered, clean and polite (though that has become more of a tool for survival since her father was beheaded).
✧ She can hold her own in stressful situations (thank you, Lannisters). Being engaged to Joffrey has taught her to control her fear and, perhaps, even use it to her advantage. There are moments when she can let her true feelings emerge (such as when she taunts Joffrey about not being in the Vanguard before the Battle on Blackwater), but she knows to hold her tongue in most situations and pretend to be meek and/or simple-minded so Joffrey and his mother, Cersei, lose interest in tormenting her.
✧ There are times she can be quite cunning. (If she lays low and pretends to be a non-threat, maybe they will let her live?) As I stated above, she can use dangerous situations to her advantage at times in order to vent and/or keep herself alive. She is also always on the look out for a way to escape her prison (two opportunities present themselves in the form of Dontos and the Hound and she chooses the one that seems the safest).
✧ She knows how to run a household (giving the servants orders etc.). Another talent she learned from Catelyn Stark. If she had married Joffrey and become Queen, this would have been a very useful talent in handling court staff/servants. However it is equally useful for a noble lady when it comes to her lord's staff/servants.
✧ She is talented at embroidery. Sansa possesses a particular knack for sewing little works of art.
✧ She can read and write, which might not seem like an extraordinary talent in this day and time, but in a medieval era/world, reading and writing are talents reserved for the nobility and the clergy.
✧ Her voice is quite good (for songs).
Weaknesses:
✧ She is prone to anxiety, nervousness and outright panicking (PTSD, yes). After suffering as Joffrey's play-thing and witnessing the death of her father, Sansa is never far from breaking down. Her nights are usually filled with nightmares (such as the one she had after the riot) and she spends her days worrying about what might happen next. (However she has ceased to fear death as much as she once did.)
✧ She is also prone to depression (especially when she thinks about her family or King's Landing). As stated above, this is another consequence of everything she has seen/endured.
✧ She is physically weak. Sansa is a true lady through and through. She was never taught to fight or even how to defend herself. She would find it deplorable to hold a weapon (though not as deplorable as she once found the idea) and she can easily be overcome in a conflict.
✧ Her naivety knows no bounds at times (though she can use it to keep herself safe). The naivety of her youth has, more or less, passed. Yet she still acts like she did once upon a time to keep herself safe in the eyes of those who only mean ill for her. She will compliment Joffrey and call him "her one true love" despite the fact that she hates no one more than him.
Hope you don't mind! I added to the Strengths/Weaknesses:
