We feel the current section as provided is incohesive and relies too heavily on describing how the canon acts upon Cecil, as opposed to how Cecil behaves within the canon. The examples given seem disjointed and do not create a clear picture of who Cecil is as a person, or of how he is likely to behave when removed from his canon and placed into an alternate setting like that of Route.
