Before we make our final decision on your application, we would like a revised strengths/weaknesses section and a revised first person sample. The strengths appeared more as talents than as character strengths, and the weaknesses could use further elaboration on how they hinder the character. We would like further description in both of those parts. The first person sample then came off as rather generic and portrayed Otoya more as a very generic happy anime character instead of reflecting his personality itself. You will have one week to complete these requests before the character is available again.
